Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa means to ‘place in a special way’, and each class is designed using a varied sequence of postures around a key theme.

A flowing style of yoga, where movement and breath are combined, each session will differ from the last, with attention drawn to correct alignment within key postures.

This class is suitable for all levels, as poses will be demonstrated in a progressive way which makes it suitable for complete beginners or those with experience.
